I'm Fuanne.
I build companies and the operating systems that help them grow. My work sits where strategy meets warehouses, teams, software, and everyday execution.
I was born in China and came to Canada when I was four. I grew up in Montreal and Chambly, and I was living independently by 16. The work ethic I saw in my parents, especially my mother, shaped how I approach responsibility and building.
My mother was already in the building materials industry in Montreal. In 2022, I created the Toronto operation for RF Transparent. We expanded across e-commerce, distribution, and building-supply channels, serving B2B and B2C customers in the US and Canada.

The operating work
Growth is a systems problem
Today the company operates with a team of about 50 and more than 40,000 square feet of warehouse space. Scaling it required far more than a sales plan. It meant logistics, hiring, training, inventory, cash flow, customer support, and dozens of small processes that had to work together.
That experience is why I am interested in practical AI and automation. The useful question is not what a tool can demonstrate. It is whether the tool can make a real team faster, clearer, and more reliable inside the work they already do.

Medicine and health systems
I study medicine at McGill alongside running RF Transparent. Medicine offers another view of complex systems, high-stakes decisions, resilience, and the careful use of technology. It complements the operating work rather than replacing it.
