I'm Fuanne.
Builder, operator, and systems thinker. I start companies and build the infrastructure that makes them run.
I was born in China and came to Canada when I was four. I grew up in Montreal, then on the South Shore in Chambly. By 16, I was living on my own. The work ethic I saw in my parents — especially my mother — shaped everything about how I approach building.
My mother was already in the building materials industry in Montreal. In 2022, I decided to create my own branch in Toronto with RF Transparent. We expanded into e-commerce, distribution, and the building supply store market — focused on glass railing materials across B2B and B2C channels. Today we're a team of about 50, doing $10M+ in annual revenue, operating out of 40,000+ square feet of warehouse space across the US and Canada.
What excites me right now is building — building things, building systems, building automation, and watching something grow. I'm deep into exploring how AI can make our operations sharper, from internal tooling to workflow automation. I love working with like-minded people who want to contribute to something bigger than themselves.
I'm also pursuing medicine at McGill — not as a career pivot, but because I'm fascinated by how technology can improve healthcare systems. It gives me a unique lens on complex systems, resilience, and high-stakes decision-making.
I believe the best founders are operators first. They understand supply chains, team dynamics, cash flow, and customer pain — not just product roadmaps. That's the kind of builder I am.

How I operate
Ship first, polish later
Momentum matters more than perfection. I build to learn, not to impress on paper.
Systems over heroics
Repeatable processes beat individual brilliance. I design systems so good outcomes are the default.
Own the details
Strategy without execution is a PowerPoint. I stay close to the work.
Build with people, not for them
The best teams are collaborative by design. I invest in context-sharing and trust.
Academic interest
Medicine & Health Systems
I'm in my third year at McGill, studying medicine alongside running RF Transparent. What draws me to this field is the intersection of technology and healthcare — how we can use better systems, automation, and AI to improve how medicine is practiced and delivered.
Studying medicine has also made me a sharper operator. Learning to triage, build redundancy, and design processes that hold up under pressure translates directly to how I run a business. It's not a career pivot — it's a thinking upgrade.

Consulting & Advisory
On a selective basis, I advise founders and teams on operations scaling, logistics infrastructure, and market expansion. If you're building something real and want a thought partner, let's talk.
